Got COVID

COVID-Free, March 2020 to July 2024.

It was a good run, gang. I want to give a special shout-out to my leukocytes; I couldn’t have done it without you. We’ve had some near misses in the past with exposures, but I guess our time was up.

I understand that all COVID journeys are unique, like grimy, little snowflakes. This little snowflake spent about 24 hours alternating between melting and freezing every fifteen minutes and got absolutely hooked on NyQuil and those little M&Ms with the peanut butter inside.

I’m not a doctor and couldn’t prescribe either of those even if I were; but, since it seems like this wave of COVID is still going strong, I hope everyone can either avoid it or ride it out in relative comfort.
