I Was Right All Along

I believe in three things: the right of humans to live in dignity and safety, the supremacy of language in the history of human inventions, and the Oxford comma.

That’s right, the Oxford comma. The one before the “and” in that list up there. You gotta use it. It’s the difference between telling people that you look up to your parents, the Rock, and Emma Watson, and that you look up to your parents, the Rock and Emma Watson. One of those is a reasonable list. The other would be the biggest news story of the year.

And not only am I right, though that usually goes without saying, a news story from a few years back proves it.
