Fiction I’m Thankful for in 2020

There’s always something to be thankful for, and this year I’m particularly thankful for anything that helps me forget about real life. So here’s just a few:

The Mandalorian Season Two: As you may know, Episode Nine left a really bad taste in my mouth, and some quality Star Wars goodness has been exactly what I needed this fall.

Dimension 20 Tiny Heist: All that D&D goodness I crave, run by Brennan Lee Mulligan and guest starring the McElroys! A crime heist meets Toy Story meets The Borrowers meets absolute chaos trip that continues to bring me joy.

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy: It’s nearing 20 years old, but this adventure just isn’t getting old, and it’s a nice reminder that darkness is a passing thing.

The Sandman on Audible: One of the best comics of all times was reincarnated as an audio drama and it completely @#$%ing works. That’s magic, and I love it.

Ducktales Reboot: Woo-ooo.
