Breaking Even

I forgot my antidepressant this morning, which is usually a bummer (and a bigger bummer than you might expect, because… well, you get it).

BUT I did watch the newest episode of Ted Lasso before work, so chemically speaking, I think these two events cancel each other out. 

That’s just science. Of course, I did learn science in the American school system, so that take with a grain of salt. And take that salt with whatever medication you’re normally on.
